You can delete your BookMyNails account at any time. This page explains how for both customers and salon owners.

Customer Account
- 1. Log in to your account at bookmynails.ca/customer/login
- 2. Go to your Account Settings
- 3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete My Account"
- 4. Confirm the deletion — your account and all data will be permanently removed
⚠️ Deleting your account will permanently remove your booking history, loyalty points, gift card balances, and saved salons.

Salon Owner Account
- 1. Log in to your dashboard at bookmynails.ca/login
- 2. Go to Settings tab in your dashboard
- 3. Scroll to the bottom to the "Danger Zone" section
- 4. Click "Delete My Salon Account" and confirm
⚠️ Deleting your salon account will permanently remove your salon page, all bookings, staff, services, reviews, and billing data. Active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately.
