Common Questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 30-day free trial requires no payment info. You only pay when you upgrade.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. You can subscribe to PRO anytime from your dashboard and cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal. Note: a paid plan cannot be converted back into the Free Trial.

What happens after my trial ends?

Your salon profile stays, but platform access pauses until you upgrade. Subscribe to PRO ($88/month) to unlock everything again.

Are there any contracts?

No contracts, no commitments. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

Does BookMyNails take a cut of my payments?

Never. BookMyNails charges zero commission and zero transaction fees. Your only cost is the flat monthly subscription. When clients pay online, Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + 30¢) is between your salon and Stripe - we never touch your revenue.

Is staff really unlimited?

Staff is unlimited on every plan. The Free Trial and PRO both include unlimited staff members at no extra charge.
