No - you can book as a guest with just your name, email, and phone number. Creating an account lets you track all your bookings in one place.

After your appointment, you'll receive an email or text inviting you to review your experience. You can also leave a review directly on the salon's page.

Some salons support group bookings (e.g. bridal parties). Look for the "Group Booking" option on the salon's booking page.

Click "Create Account" in the top menu, enter your email and password, and verify your email. You can also sign up with Google, Facebook, or Apple.

Some salons offer digital gift cards. You can purchase one on their booking page and send it to someone via email. The recipient uses the code at checkout.

Enter your code during the booking checkout step in the "Have a coupon or gift card?" field. The discount will be applied automatically.

Expiry dates are set by each salon. Check the gift card details when purchasing or in the email you received.
