Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) is a federal law that regulates the sending of commercial electronic messages (CEMs), including emails, SMS text messages, and other electronic communications. CASL is enforced by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and applies to all electronic messages sent in connection with commercial activities.
BookMyNails is committed to full compliance with CASL. This policy explains how we and our salon partners handle electronic messaging through the BookMyNails platform.

โก Instant Unsubscribe
When a customer replies STOP to an SMS, the unsubscribe takes effect immediately. No further marketing messages will be sent. Transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders) will continue as they are not subject to CASL consent requirements.
All electronic messages sent through BookMyNails comply with CASL's sender identification requirements:
BookMyNails maintains records of consent to demonstrate CASL compliance:
These records are maintained for a minimum of 3 yearsafter the consent is obtained or the message is sent, to comply with CASL's enforcement provisions.
